Key Responsibilities

• Engage directly with clients to educate them on health and life insurance options
• Handle inbound calls from existing customers regarding service needs while also selling applicable products
• Address customer inquiries, billing issues, policy changes, and claims

Required Qualifications

• Active Health and Life Insurance License in the state of residence
• At least 1 year of experience in an inbound/outbound call center
• Previous health and life sales experience
• Ability to connect and build rapport over the phone
• Able to navigate technical issues independently
