Job Summary

A company is looking for a VIP Health Coach.

Key Responsibilities

• Onboard new members and assist them throughout their health journey
• Engage with members through various communication methods to promote adherence to health recommendations
• Monitor member progress and provide feedback on health metrics to ensure compliance with the program

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in health/nutrition counseling, health coaching, or a related field
• Active license in the U.S. or relevant health coaching certifications preferred
• Experience with motivational interviewing and behavior change techniques
• Ability to adapt to new technologies and integrate data into patient care
• Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills to build trusting relationships with clients
