Key Responsibilities

• Provide consultative support to customers exploring health insurance options
• Conduct thorough needs analysis and recommend appropriate health plans
• Build and maintain trusting relationships with members and prospects

Required Qualifications

• Active resident Health Insurance Producer License
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 6+ months of experience in a call center or similar structured work environment
• 6+ months of consultative sales experience
• Ability to multitask across multiple software platforms while maintaining accuracy and efficiency
