Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensed Health Insurance Agent to guide seniors in selecting health insurance options and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive inbound calls and engage in outbound sales calls to assist customers with health insurance options
  • Assess customer needs, recommend suitable plans, and enroll prospects in selected health insurance plans
  • Maintain accurate customer records and achieve sales and productivity goals while complying with CMS standards
Required Qualifications
  • Active and valid resident health insurance license; additional state licenses preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of Medicare sales experience
  • High school diploma required; bilingual (English and Spanish) is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and web browsing tools
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and monthly OIG checks
