Job Summary
A company is looking for a Licensed Health Insurance Agent to guide seniors through health insurance options and enroll them in suitable plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Submit quality applications to ensure growth and maintain retention rates
- Engage with customers through inbound and outbound calls to provide information and enroll them in health insurance plans
- Maintain accurate customer records and achieve sales goals while ensuring compliance with CMS standards
Required Qualifications
- Active and valid resident health insurance license
- Minimum of 2 years of Medicare Sales experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and web browsing tools
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and monthly OIG checks
