Job Summary

Working remotely, the Seasonal Licensed Health Insurance Representative will respond to customer inquiries about policy coverage and billing, sell insurance products, and identify cross-selling opportunities while providing exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inbound customer and agent inquiries regarding policy coverage and service
• Sell insurance products by generating quotes and binding policies to meet performance goals
• Educate customers on policy options and document interactions thoroughly for continuity of service

Required qualifications

• Six months of customer service experience
• Active resident license to sell health insurance
• High school diploma or GED
• Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking
• Eagerness to learn new technologies
