Job Summary
Seeking a motivated Licensed Health Insurance Agent to work remotely in a part-time or full-time capacity, guiding seniors through health insurance options, enrolling them in suitable plans, and ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Engage in inbound and outbound sales calls to provide information on health insurance options and enroll customers in appropriate plans
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication, follow-ups, and addressing concerns
- Achieve sales goals while complying with CMS standards and maintaining accurate customer records in the CRM system
Required qualifications
- Active and valid resident health insurance license
- Minimum of 2 years of Medicare Sales experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and web browsing tools
