Job Summary

Seeking a motivated Licensed Health Insurance Agent to work remotely in a part-time or full-time capacity, guiding seniors through health insurance options, enrolling them in suitable plans, and ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.

Key responsibilities
  • Engage in inbound and outbound sales calls to provide information on health insurance options and enroll customers in appropriate plans
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication, follow-ups, and addressing concerns
  • Achieve sales goals while complying with CMS standards and maintaining accurate customer records in the CRM system
Required qualifications
  • Active and valid resident health insurance license
  • Minimum of 2 years of Medicare Sales experience
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish) is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and web browsing tools
