Job Summary
To assist customers with Medicare plans and coverage options, the remote Licensed Health Insurance Agent will handle mostly inbound calls, provide excellent customer service, and help with enrollments and re-enrollments in a direct hire position.
Key responsibilities
- Assist customers with Medicare plans and coverage options through inbound calls
- Provide recommendations based on customer needs and ensure excellent customer service
- Support enrollments and re-enrollments while managing client inquiries
Required qualifications
- Active Health Insurance License in one of the specified states (AZ, DE, GA, ID, MT, OH, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT)
- Minimum of 6 months of sales experience
- High-speed internet connection (15+ Mbps)
- Strong computer skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
