Job Summary
Working remotely in a 100% inbound-only capacity, the Licensed Health Insurance Agent will educate Medicare beneficiaries on Advantage, Supplement, and Part D plans, guiding them through enrollment while achieving personal sales goals and ensuring compliance with CMS regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from Medicare beneficiaries and provide information on insurance plans
- Guide clients through the enrollment process using CRM and telephonic platforms
- Achieve personal sales goals while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards
Required qualifications
- Active Health or Health/Life Insurance License
- 2026/27 AHIP certification preferred
- Experience with Medicare products is a plus, but not required
- Strong computer navigation skills and familiarity with CRMs and VOIP
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently from home
