Job Summary

To support a temporary program aimed at enhancing employee satisfaction and leadership development, the Licensed Health Insurance Coach, FL will coach agents in a remote capacity, focusing on improving sales performance and compliance while collaborating with management to drive operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Coach agents to enhance their sales skills and ensure compliant enrollment of consumers into appropriate plans
• Collaborate with management to develop and execute daily performance improvement plans
• Monitor agent performance through various coaching methods, including call calibrations and one-on-ones

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience or call center experience preferred
• Valid and currently active healthcare license
• Eligibility for remote work engagements with scheduling flexibility for shifts between 7 AM and 7 PM, Monday through Friday
• Prior experience in contact centers, including leadership development roles
• Completion of a university degree is highly valued
