Job Summary

Seeking experienced licensed insurance professionals, the full-time Licensed Health Insurance Leader will coach and develop telesales agents, provide leadership support, and serve as a subject matter expert while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Coach and develop licensed telesales agents to enhance sales performance and customer experience
• Provide day-to-day leadership and support to sales teams, ensuring quality and compliance
• Deliver onboarding and ongoing training programs to improve agent effectiveness and product knowledge

Required qualifications

• Active resident Health Insurance Producer License
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1+ successful season(s) as a Licensed Healthcare Advocate in a telesales environment
• Ability to obtain reciprocal state health insurance licenses if required
• Capacity to multitask across multiple software platforms while maintaining accuracy
