Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Licensed Health Insurance Representative will respond to customer inquiries, sell insurance products, and identify cross-selling opportunities while providing exceptional service and support.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inbound customer and agent inquiries regarding policy coverage, billing, and service
• Sell insurance products by gathering information, generating quotes, and binding policies
• Educate customers on policy options and documentation, ensuring clarity and understanding

Required qualifications

• Active resident license to sell health insurance
• Six months of customer service experience
• High school diploma or GED
• Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking
• Eagerness to learn new technologies
