Job Summary
Leading the commercial strategy for healthcare partnerships, the full-time Senior Manager, Customer Success (Healthcare) will manage key clinical accounts, develop operational playbooks, and drive growth initiatives while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Own the commercial health of healthcare accounts, building trust-based relationships with clinical leaders
- Oversee the deployment process for healthcare accounts, ensuring compliance and operational excellence
- Collaborate cross-functionally to provide top-tier support and drive clinical innovation within healthcare partnerships
Required qualifications
- Licensed Physical Therapist or Doctor of Chiropractic
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare or performance environments, with a focus on outpatient settings
- 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or clinical implementation
- Proven ability to build systems and processes from the ground up
- Strong understanding of clinical workflows and metrics-driven operations
