Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Licensed Healthcare Insurance Agent will assist clients in understanding their coverage options, providing customer service and sales support, while ensuring a compassionate and efficient experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist individuals in selecting health insurance products that meet their personal health and financial needs
• Provide full lifecycle customer service, including responding to inquiries and following up on sales leads
• Complete sales or renewals of health plans, focusing on customer satisfaction and sales conversions

Required qualifications

• Current health insurance license in the state of residence
• Minimum six months of sales experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong computer navigation skills, as this role is 100% remote
• Integrity to follow HIPAA guidelines for patient privacy
