Licensed Healthcare Project Manager

Job Summary

To enhance outpatient specialty operations, the full-time Licensed Healthcare Project Manager will ensure consistent application of policies across Commercial and Government clients, manage project documentation using Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint, and analyze data to recommend process improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with key areas to ensure alignment of outpatient specialty policies and address new policy changes
• Develop and manage project documents and conduct regular status meetings to keep projects on track
• Analyze Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports and recommend system or process improvements to enhance productivity and quality

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health Information Management or nursing with an active/unrestricted license
• Coding or Clinical Documentation Certification required (e.g., CCDS, CPC, CIC, CCS, RHIA, or RHIT)
• 5+ years of related experience in healthcare billing or claims management
• Experience managing project life cycles from concept through implementation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, Visio, PowerPoint, and system databases
