Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for healthcare licensed agent hires, including sourcing, interviewing, and selection
• Develop effective sourcing strategies and partner with hiring managers to understand candidate requirements
• Guide candidates through the recruitment process, ensuring a fair and transparent experience

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of full life cycle healthcare recruiting experience
• 4+ years of experience targeting healthcare Licensed Agent hires
• 3+ years of high volume agency sourcing and recruiting experience
• Experience managing the recruiting process using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed recruiting metrics/targets
