Job Summary

A company is looking for a High Acuity Behavior Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Provide advanced clinical consultation and support for high-acuity client cases
Collaborate with clinicians and leadership to develop stabilization strategies and ensure safe admission decisions
Maintain accurate documentation and oversee case consultation within defined supervision ratios

Required Qualifications

Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
Active Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential
Minimum of 7 years of clinical experience in applied behavior analysis with complex cases
Experience in clinical consultation and mentorship for clinicians
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to interpret clinical data
