Job Summary

A company is looking for a High Acuity Behavior Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide advanced clinical consultation and support for high-acuity client cases
  • Collaborate with clinicians and leadership to develop stabilization strategies and ensure safe admission decisions
  • Maintain accurate documentation and oversee case consultation within defined supervision ratios
Required Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
  • Active Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential
  • Minimum of 7 years of clinical experience in applied behavior analysis with complex cases
  • Experience in clinical consultation and mentorship for clinicians
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to interpret clinical data
