Licensed Holiday Planner Agent

Job Summary

To support a growing sales team, the full-time Licensed Holiday Planner Agent will engage in selling cruise vacation packages through inbound and outbound calls, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell cruise packages while meeting or exceeding assigned sales goals through effective communication with clients
• Establish and maintain customer relationships by providing excellent service and managing bookings
• Utilize the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to track leads and follow up with potential clients

Required qualifications

• Preferred sales experience, particularly in the travel or cruise industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, including Teams and Outlook
• Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and international business practices
• Excellent attendance and punctuality record
• Strong persuasive communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
