Job Summary

Managing the process of receiving and distributing faxes, the full-time Licensed Home Health Fax Navigator will review medical documentation, ensure proper attachment to patient charts, and communicate with staff while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and process incoming faxes promptly and accurately
• Sort and distribute faxes to the appropriate departments and attach documents to patient charts
• Process new referrals received via fax and ensure confidentiality of all documents

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role preferred
• Experience in a medical setting preferred
• Proficient in medical terminology
• Proficiency in using fax systems
