Investigating and negotiating moderately complex personal liability claims, the fully remote Licensed Homeowners Liability Adjuster will analyze coverage, evaluate damages, and manage settlements while serving as the primary point of contact for policyholder attorneys.
Key responsibilities
- Negotiate and settle claims in accordance with business unit best practices
- Review policy language and analyze coverage to determine claim value
- Research and respond to moderately complex customer communications and issues
Required qualifications
- 2 or more years of experience in claims handling
- Valid Adjuster License
- Strong negotiating and policy interpretation skills
- Experience with third-party bodily injury claims from various insurance policies
