Job Summary

To support a growing telehealth organization, remote 1099 Licensed Hormone Therapy NPs/APRNs will conduct virtual consultations, review lab results, and develop treatment plans for hormone optimization in both male and female patients.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct structured virtual consultations for hormone optimization and wellness care
• Review labs, diagnose hormone imbalances, and develop evidence-based treatment plans
• Initiate and manage HRT protocols, including appropriate prescribing and follow-up

Required qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on Hormone Replacement Therapy experience
• Active NP or APRN licenses in a minimum of 6 U.S. states
• Active, unrestricted DEA license
• Experience treating both male and female patients
• Strong understanding of endocrine health and preventative care
