Licensed Hotline Counselor

Job Summary

Providing critical support to help-seekers, the full-time Licensed Hotline Counselor will engage with individuals via phone, text, and chat, delivering psychosocial support and resources related to maternal mental health in a fully remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming inquiries and conduct assessments to provide immediate psychosocial support and brief interventions
• Educate help-seekers on perinatal mental health resources and refer them to appropriate services
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of cases in the Salesforce system while ensuring confidentiality

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (psychology, social work, counseling, etc.) preferred
• Must be a Licensed Mental Health Clinician or Licensed Healthcare Professional with experience in maternal and child health
• Two years of work experience in the maternal and child health population
• Professional liability insurance coverage of at least $1,000,000 per occurrence
• Proficiency in using software applications such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
