Job Summary

To support staffing needs in customer service, finance, and analytics, the full-time Licensed Human Resources Recruiter will source, screen, and hire top talent while collaborating with hiring managers to develop effective recruiting strategies and maintain a positive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates for open positions and conduct initial interviews
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop recruiting strategies
• Maintain accurate records of candidates and recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related field preferred
• Typically 2+ years of relevant experience in recruiting or talent acquisition required
• Experience with HR databases and applicant tracking systems required
• Proven track record of achieving talent acquisition metrics preferred
• Professional Human Resources Certification or equivalent preferred
