Job Summary

Providing expert technical support remotely, the full-time Licensed HVAC Technical Specialist will assist contractors, distributors, and internal teams by troubleshooting complex issues, delivering training, and enhancing customer success across HVAC and related product portfolios.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver technical support through various channels, diagnosing and resolving product and application issues
• Enhance customer experience by managing inquiries and advocating for customer needs while documenting interactions
• Maintain expert knowledge of HVAC systems and conduct training for stakeholders to support product launches and improvements

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum 5 years of HVAC industry experience with strong knowledge of installation and troubleshooting
• Demonstrated experience in technical support or field service roles
• Experience with CRM platforms and digital communication channels
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and modern business technologies
