Job Summary
To support employment-based immigration matters, the remote Licensed Immigration Attorney will manage client communications, oversee legal support staff, and conduct legal research while ensuring high-quality case preparation on a temporary basis.
Key responsibilities
- Communicate with clients and sponsored employees throughout the case lifecycle to explain requirements and provide updates
- Direct and support legal assistants and paralegals by delegating assignments and reviewing work product
- Conduct legal research on nuanced immigration issues and offer strategic recommendations tailored to client objectives
Required qualifications
- Juris Doctor degree and active license to practice law in the United States
- At least 1 year of business or corporate immigration experience
- Strong legal writing skills with the ability to prepare petitions, motions, and briefs
- Proven ability to manage a high-volume caseload while maintaining accuracy
- Strong organizational and computer skills for a deadline-driven legal environment
