Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed reviews of client-submitted drafts, ensuring clarity and legal accuracy
- Assess evidence compilations and verify forms for compliance with USCIS guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to finalize legal documents and provide actionable feedback
Required Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
- 2+ years of experience in immigration law with a focus on writing-intensive cases
- Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality, persuasive legal writing
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Drive, Adobe Acrobat, and Slack
