A company is looking for a Contract Attorney for the Writing Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed reviews of client-submitted drafts and provide feedback on legal documents
• Assess evidence compilations for completeness and verify forms for compliance with USCIS guidelines
• Collaborate with team members to finalize legal documents and ensure adherence to quality standards

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• 2+ years of experience in immigration law, focusing on writing-intensive case types
• Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality, persuasive legal writing
• Proactive and resourceful, able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with tools such as Google Drive, Adobe Acrobat, and Slack
