Job Summary

A company is looking for a Legal Counsel to join their legal team.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, analyze, and negotiate contracts and vendor agreements
• Handle commercial disputes and coordinate with outside counsel in litigation matters
• Provide legal advisory on corporate matters, insurance, labor and employment, and intellectual property

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate is required
• Minimum of two years of relevant experience
• Must be admitted to the bar in the United States
• Proven experience in drafting and negotiating contracts
• Preferred experience in the architectural, engineering, or construction industry
