Job Summary
A company is looking for a Licensed Inbound Sales Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls and warm leads to consult with customers on their insurance needs
- Convert sales leads into policyholders by matching the correct coverages, products, and benefits
- Represent the brand and ensure customer satisfaction with the products and services offered
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required
- Property and Casualty Insurance License required after hire
- Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to close sales
- Ability to work a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day
- Proficiency in PC skills and typing capabilities
