Job Summary

To support a dynamic sales environment, the full-time Licensed Inbound Sales Consultant will handle inbound calls to assess customer needs, recommend insurance solutions, and close sales while working remotely across multiple states.

Key responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound sales calls, staying updated on policies and encouraging sales while documenting requests
  • Assess customer needs and recommend additional financial services, completing phone applications as necessary
  • Follow up with customers to offer extra coverage and maintain relationships with existing clients
Required qualifications:
  • Must obtain life, health, and accident insurance licenses within the first 90 days of employment
  • Proven sales experience with strong closing skills in a sales-driven environment
  • Ability to adapt and remain resilient in a fast-paced environment with high call volumes
  • Proficient in computer skills and capable of multitasking in a remote work setting
  • Access to high-speed broadband internet with specified minimum speeds and a hard-wired connection
