Licensed Independent Claims Adjuster

Job Summary

Seeking a Licensed Independent Claims Adjuster for a full-time remote position, the ideal candidate will adjudicate pet insurance claims, evaluate and resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service while managing the claims process.

Key responsibilities

• Adjudicates pet insurance claims in a timely manner according to policy limits and terms
• Evaluates and resolves claim issues accurately and efficiently while providing customer service support
• Communicates professionally with insured parties, veterinary offices, and other stakeholders to verify information

Required qualifications

• Adjuster License required
• At least three years of claims experience and three years of customer service experience
• A minimum of five years of Vet Tech experience is required
• Must possess a flexible and adaptable approach to processes and procedures
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build relationships over various platforms
