Job Summary

Guiding customers through the claims process with empathy and urgency, the full-time Licensed Injury Claims Adjuster will manage bodily injury claims from investigation to resolution in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Guide customers through the claims process with professionalism and urgency
• Conduct thorough investigations into injury claims, assessing liability and coverage
• Engage in negotiations to reach fair settlements with claimants and medical professionals

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of auto bodily injury claims experience
• Adjuster or P&C insurance license required
• In-depth knowledge of medical terminology and the injury claims process
• Intermediate knowledge of the litigation process
• College degree preferred
