Job Summary

Licensed Inside Sales Agent, this full-time remote position involves answering inbound sales calls, managing a pipeline of new business opportunities, and capturing customer information in the CRM system.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately capture customer information in the CRM system
• Proactively manage and grow a pipeline of new business opportunities
• Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the company

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and/or 2+ years of sales experience
• Active Property & Casualty license or willingness to obtain during training
• Ability to work under pressure with effective organization and time management skills
• Self-motivated and driven individual
• Willingness to work specified schedule including evenings and weekends
