Licensed Inside Sales Agent

Job Summary

Seeking a Licensed Inside Sales Agent, the full-time remote position will manage inbound sales calls, follow up with prospective Pet Parents, and grow a pipeline of new business opportunities without cold calling.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately capture customer information in the CRM system
• Proactively manage and grow a pipeline of new business opportunities while meeting company KPIs
• Communicate effectively and professionally over the phone and email

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and/or 2+ years of sales experience
• Active Property & Casualty license or willingness to obtain during training
• Effective organization and time management skills
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
