Licensed Inside Sales Agent

Job Summary

Seeking a self-motivated Licensed Inside Sales Agent to join a fast-paced remote team, where the full-time position focuses on answering inbound sales calls, managing a pipeline of new business opportunities, and hitting company KPIs without the need for cold calling.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately capture customer information in the CRM system
• Proactively manage and grow a pipeline of new business opportunities
• Communicate effectively and professionally with prospective Pet Parents over the phone and email

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and/or 2+ years of sales experience
• Active Property & Casualty license or willingness to obtain during training
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet KPIs
• Competitiveness and interest in understanding market dynamics
