Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensed Inside Sales Representative (Remote - Home Based Work).

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth through inbound and outbound interactions with prospective customers
• Act as a trusted advisor by identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate insurance solutions
• Utilize a Personal Lines or Property & Casualty Lines license to advise customers professionally

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty License preferred; support available for obtaining the license
• At least 1 year of sales or customer service experience with a sales focus preferred
• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to work independently and manage performance effectively
• Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace at home
