Licensed Inside Sales Representative

Job Summary

As a full-time Remote Inside Sales Representative, the candidate will handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs to convert sales leads into policyholders while enjoying a flexible work arrangement and comprehensive benefits.

Key responsibilities:

• Consult with customers to identify their insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverages and products
• Manage inbound calls and convert warm leads into policyholders without making cold calls
• Participate in paid training for licensing and professional development in a remote work environment

Required qualifications:

• 2-3 years of sales experience preferred; minimum of 2 years in sales/service-related work required
• Property and Casualty Insurance License required after hire
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills for closing sales
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in typing and PC skills
