Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Manager to provide exceptional client service and manage insurance accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring prompt and professional service
  • Manage the placement of new and renewal accounts, collaborating with carrier partners and internal stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure successful account renewals and retention through proactive relationship management
Required Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in insurance, customer service, or a related field preferred
  • Active P&C Insurance License or L&H Insurance License required
  • Familiarity with AMS360 or similar agency management systems is a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a deadline-driven environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
