Job Summary
Providing customer service and support, the full-time Licensed Insurance Account Representative will manage existing accounts, solicit new business, and handle policy renewals while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Package and market applications to obtain quotes from various carriers
- Manage the renewal process for expiring policies and assist with client presentations
- Review client accounting history and resolve discrepancies, including collections on past due accounts
Required qualifications
- Associates degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2 - 4 years of related work experience
- Valid insurance license and completion of one insurance class required
- Must meet Continuing Education requirements for license renewal
- Encouraged to complete Career Path requirements as communicated by supervisor
