Job Summary
Providing customer service and support, the full-time Licensed Insurance Account Representative will assist Producers and the service team in managing existing accounts, soliciting new business, and handling the renewal process for expiring policies in a virtual environment.
Key responsibilities
- Packages and markets applications to various carriers to obtain quotes and may negotiate prices and coverages
- Manages the renewal process for expiring policies and reviews client accounting history to address inquiries and discrepancies
- Assists with the preparation of client presentations and proposals, ensuring compliance with agency management system data standards
Required qualifications
- Associates degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2 - 4 years of related work experience
- Valid insurance license and completion of one insurance class required
- Must meet Continuing Education requirements for license renewal
- Encouraged to complete Career Path requirements as communicated by supervisor
