Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensed Insurance Agent, Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service all aspects of client accounts, including policy changes, cancellations, and payments
  • Develop strong relationships with clients and carriers while ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Prepare necessary paperwork and enter activities in the AMS360 management system
Required Qualifications
  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a customer service representative
  • Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance License
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience working in a high-volume work environment
