Job Summary
A company is looking for a Licensed Insurance Agent, Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Service all aspects of client accounts, including policy changes, cancellations, and payments
- Develop strong relationships with clients and carriers while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Prepare necessary paperwork and enter activities in the AMS360 management system
Required Qualifications
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a customer service representative
- Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance License
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
- Experience working in a high-volume work environment
