Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensed Insurance Agent, Inbound Sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze, advise, and sell personal lines insurance policies to customers
• Handle an average of 150 inbound leads per month and close sales with a strong conversion rate
• Provide expert advice and recommendations while fostering an unmatched customer experience

Required Qualifications

• A valid Property and Casualty insurance license
• 1+ year(s) of experience selling auto & home insurance in a call center
• Experience working in a high-volume call center
• Solid computer, IT, and systems experience
• Experience with AMS360, PL Rater, and/or other rating tools is preferred
