Job Summary

Providing exceptional customer support, the full-time Licensed Insurance Agent will manage client accounts, handle policy changes, and develop strong relationships with clients and carriers in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities
  • Servicing all aspects of client accounts, including policy changes, cancellations, and account updates
  • Developing strong relationships with clients and carriers while identifying customer needs for satisfaction
  • Preparing necessary paperwork and entering activities in the AMS360 management system
Required qualifications
  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a customer service representative
  • Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance License
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a high-volume work environment
  • Strong attention to detail with decision-making skills
