Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Licensed Insurance Agent, the remote position will manage customer service inquiries across various channels, process new enrollments and claims, and ensure compliance with company policies while providing exceptional support to clients.

Key responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer care across multiple communication channels in a timely manner
  • Process new customer enrollments, incoming claims, and ongoing fulfillment tasks according to company policies
  • Educate customers on product offerings and assist them in purchasing additional coverage
Required qualifications:
  • Existing Property & Casualty Insurance License
  • Prior experience in a customer service role with high customer interaction
  • Experience with ticketing software (e.g., Zendesk, Kustomer, Gladly)
  • Strong administrative and computer skills
  • Entrepreneurial interest and a passion for pets
