Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Insurance Agent (Licensed Personal Lines, P&C) will navigate multiple systems, advise customers on insurance options, and ensure exceptional customer experiences while delivering tech-based solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on plan options, coverages, and pricing
• Process new and amended enrollments efficiently
• Deliver expert customer experiences by actively listening and identifying customer needs

Required qualifications

• Active resident license to sell P&C insurance
• 1+ years of customer service experience
• Verifiable high school diploma or GED
• Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
• Must be at least 18 years of age
