Job Summary

A company is looking for an Insurance Call Center Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of the sales center and ensure high levels of member satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage sales associates while fostering a positive team environment
  • Provide technical advice and coaching to sales associates on products and processes
  • Prepare monthly reports on department activity and manage staffing needs
Required Qualifications
  • Associate's degree in Business or related field or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in insurance sales, including 1 year in a supervisory role
  • Active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty License
  • Ability to work Tuesday to Saturday from 9:30am to 5:30pm ET
