Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage sales associates while fostering a positive team environment
  • Provide coaching, technical advice, and monitor the performance of the sales team
  • Prepare reports and manage staffing needs, including hiring and training associates
Required Qualifications
  • Associate's degree in Business or a related field or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in the insurance sales field, including one year in a supervisory role
  • An active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty License
  • Availability to work a specified schedule including rotating Saturdays
  • Desktop computing skills including proficiency in standard business software
