Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage sales associates while fostering a positive team environment
- Provide coaching, technical advice, and monitor the performance of the sales team
- Prepare reports and manage staffing needs, including hiring and training associates
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Business or a related field or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in the insurance sales field, including one year in a supervisory role
- An active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty License
- Availability to work a specified schedule including rotating Saturdays
- Desktop computing skills including proficiency in standard business software
