Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor sales associates while fostering a positive team environment
  • Manage staffing needs including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
  • Prepare monthly reports on department activity and sales statistics
Required Qualifications
  • Associate's degree in Business or related field or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in insurance sales, including 1 year in a supervisory role
  • Active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty License
  • Ability to work Monday through Wednesday, Friday, and rotating Saturdays
