Job Summary
A company is looking for an Insurance Call Center Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of the sales center and enhance team performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor sales associates while fostering a positive team environment
- Manage staffing needs including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Prepare monthly reports on department activity and sales statistics
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Business or related field or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in insurance sales, including 1 year in a supervisory role
- Active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty License
- Ability to work Monday through Wednesday, Friday, and rotating Saturdays
