Licensed Insurance Claims Representative

Job Summary

Providing support for auto insurance claims, the remote Licensed Insurance Claims Representative will manage inbound and outbound communications, assist customers with claims documentation, and coordinate repairs and rentals.

Key responsibilities

• Filling and documenting claims for customers involved in accidents
• Communicating with medical and law professionals, as well as other insurance providers
• Tracking call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes

Required qualifications

• Possess an active home state Adjuster Insurance License
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
• Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment
• Comfortable with desktop computer systems and general knowledge of Windows-based systems
