Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Manager to provide exceptional service to clients in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring prompt and professional service
  • Manage the placement of new and renewal accounts with carrier partners and assist with underwriting information
  • Maintain strong carrier relationships and ensure successful account renewal and retention through proactive service
Required Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in insurance, customer service, or a related field preferred
  • Basic understanding of Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health insurance concepts
  • Active state-issued Insurance license (P&C and/or L&H) required
  • Familiarity with AMS360 or similar agency management systems is a plus
  • Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
